The welfare and cultural team here at the Wellington campus of the University of Otago is dedicated to ensuring the students enjoy their time here at uni (often thought to be some of the best times of our lives), while feeling well supported.

Our goals for the year are to make sure students continue to have access to great support services, like we did down south in Dunedin, and to ensure everyone is involved by working alongside the international, rural and LGBTQ reps.

We have some great events planned for the year, including SPCA animal visits, movie nights, cooking classes and various fundraisers. Our biggest event, Wellbeing week in August, is sure to be a hit with lots of fun, games and prizes planned.
